Who we are

Who we are and what we value

Adarsh New Holy Public School is a recognised co-educational school on Main Raja Puri Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059. The school is recognised by the Directorate of Education and focuses on three values: Integrity, Truth and Learning.

Every part of school life is planned around these values, so children grow into responsible and confident people. School timings are 8:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday to Saturday. The second Saturday of every month is a holiday.

Integrity Truth Learning
How we grow children

How the school helps each child grow

Teachers look for what each child is good at and help them build on it, while keeping good values at the centre.

Ideas and good values

Children are helped to form and share their own ideas and to develop the abilities they already have. Learning goes hand in hand with sound principles and good values, so children grow as thoughtful people and not only as good students.

Finding and building talent

Every child has different strengths. At Adarsh New Holy, teachers try to spot each child’s talent and help them practise and improve, so they are better prepared for life beyond school.

Many activities to try

When parents entrust a child to the school, we take that responsibility seriously. Children try a wide range of activities, such as yoga, judo karate, dance, art and craft, music and games, so each child can find what they enjoy and grow into a well-rounded young person.

A home away from home

Children should feel cared for at school. Whether in the performing arts, sports or class work, teachers help students build self-confidence, enthusiasm, kindness towards others and a generous spirit.

Our approach

Class work, activities and good values

Class work sits alongside activities, school functions and fairs, so children learn in more than one way and practise good values every day.

01

Music, dance, art and craft

Music, dance, and art and craft give every child a way to express ideas, build confidence and enjoy school functions.

02

Yoga, judo karate and games

Yoga, judo karate and games build focus, discipline, strength and healthy habits on the school playground.

03

Learning and the Science fair

Daily learning sits beside functions and fairs. The Science fair is one way students share what they have understood.

“We keep moving forward with confidence, because Adarsh New Holy Public School still has new ground to cover and many miles to go.”

Principal's Message

Mrs. Neelam Bhatt writes about the needs of every child and the school’s shared belief in mastery of self.

We have everything that makes for a model school: strong infrastructure, a supportive environment, skilled teachers and motivated students.

Since its establishment, Adarsh New Holy Public School has worked to build a good name in education. We have what a good school needs: sound infrastructure, an encouraging environment, dedicated and experienced teachers, a wide range of core and co-curricular programmes and, most of all, our students. Our girls and boys are motivated and care about their studies, their personal achievements and the overall development of their personality.

Our students bring many talents, come from varied cultural and social backgrounds, and treat one another with acceptance and respect. We believe that each child is a unique individual with specific needs, and our learning rooms reflect this belief. Teaching supports each child, and school life also includes yoga, judo karate, dance, art and craft, music, games, functions and the Science fair.

Parents, staff and students, past and present, share the belief that Potens Sui, mastery of self and of one’s destiny, is possible. Together they work for a caring and challenging environment where creativity and individuality are valued, where children take responsibility for themselves and for others, and where the all-round development of each student comes first.

The Adarsh New Holy community wants every student in its care to be ready for a fast-changing world and to grow into a responsible member of society.

We are committed to:

Engendering a love of learning
Education based on liberal-democratic values
Steady effort in academics
A challenging, tolerant and supportive environment
Confidence, responsibility and self-discipline
Integrity and mutual respect
Leadership skills
Meeting the future while respecting the past

We sincerely hope that education at Adarsh New Holy Public School will help our students discover their strengths, overcome their weaknesses and realise their potential, as well as promote global understanding and respect for diverse cultures.

Warm regards,
Mrs. Neelam Bhatt
